Your new position awaits:
As a procedural Radiologist with the ability to work in a non-DWS location, you will join the team at Hervey Bay either as a locum (see dates below) or a permanent team member in addition to the current permanent Radiologist.
- 7th to 18th December 2020.
- 5th to 16th April 2021.
- ASAP ongoing (permanent).
The practice averages around 120 procedures each day. The procedures are not all Doctor required procedures and you will have reporting support from other Doctors within the team in addition to an onsite permanent Radiologist. There are a wide range of cases to be reported including:
- Bone Density.
The Hervey Bay site has a broad spread of procedures to be performed including both CT and Ultrasound interventional. Ideally, you will be able to perform most of these. There is also MSK ultrasound.

The team place an emphasis on maintaining the market leading service and quality care provided to their patients. Our client provide a wide range of services across their clinics including:
- Interventional Radiology
- General x-ray and screening
- Bone Densitometry
- CT scans
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- Non-diagnostic scans
- Fellow of RANCZR.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Appropriate rights to live and work in Australia.
- Ability to perform interventional procedures.
- Must be able to work in a non-DWS location.
