What is your greatest source of enjoyment in your job?

I really enjoy learning something new, remembering how to do it and then consistently doing it!

Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?

I support our candidates by making sure they have all their paperwork up to date and setting them up in our system, so they have a seamless start to working in their next role.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given in your career?

Don’t sweat the small stuff.

You may get asked the same question a thousand times a day, but the person asking doesn’t know that, so treat everyone with kindness.

If you asked a client to describe you, what would they say?

Bright, bubbly and loves to chat. I do what I say I am going to do and I always have a positive outlook.

What is the most unusual work-related task you have ever had?

It has to be afternoon drinks on a Thursday. It’s a tough job!

Can you tell us about the most memorable moment of your career?

After working for Aussie Locums for six months, Nichole took me out for a beautiful lunch to celebrate my six-month anniversary.
