Aussie Locums uses an online timesheet system. Our system is a secure online website that allows all of our candidates and clients to log on through individual usernames and passwords.
Each week, our locums record their attendance times electronically. Once submitted, approvers are alerted and are given the opportunity to 'approve' the attendance hours. Once the timesheet has been approved, the timesheet is ready to be processed by our finance department.
Depending on their bank, locums should expect to receive their wage on either Tuesday or Wednesday.

How to get started:
- Prior to commencing your locum contract, you will receive an email with your login details.
- You will need to log into your account and complete all necessary fields including your personal details, bank account details, tax file number and superannuation detail.s
- You will also need to print, sign and return the Tax File Declaration and Superannuation Choice Forms. (Please see below to download the forms) If you are opting to use our superannuation fund of choice, you will also be required to complete a Sunsuper Membership Application form. All of these documents will need to be signed and returned to Aussie Locums before your first wage is processed. Please fax, email or post the documents to our office.
- We recommend our locums submit their timesheet on the Friday of every week to allow time for the hours to be approved before payroll is processed.
