You will work in a team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists liaising with other allied health professionals, in order to deliver the best possible patient outcomes. You will design (where appropriate) and implement treatment plans. You will perform functional assessments, provide hands on therapy, review care plans and refer to other allied health professions where appropriate.

Duties you will be responsible for:

• Provide a high standard of assessment and treatment to an aged care caseload.
• Travel between aged care facilities as required.
• Work independently.
• Collaborate effectively with others as and when required.
• Communicate effectively with team and patients.

Skills and Experience:

• Full AHPRA Registration.
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
• All experience levels considered.
• 2 professional references.
• National Police Check, valid for aged care and vulnerable people.
• Appropriate rights to work in Australia.
