How to Register as Pharmacist in Australia
To work in Australia you need to be registered with the Australian Pharmacy Examining Council (APEC).
Validating Qualifications Obtained Outside Australia
If you did your training outside Australia then you will need to apply to APEC to gain validation of your qualification.
The process is very simple to complete from overseas. Chat to one of our consultants to assist you in the registration process and ensure that whatever state you work in, you are appropriately registered.
From 1 December 2006 qualified Pharmacists from certain accredited universities in the USA and Canada, where the standards of practice have been recognized by the Council of Pharmacy Registering Authorities (COPRA), are also eligible for registration and pharmacy job opportunities in Australia.
