A little about the role:
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist for a locum in Launceston, Tasmania. An immediate start is ideal for a minimum of 2 months. You will work with the adult caseload at the clinic including disability, neuro rehab, intellectual impairment, MS and stroke. Work with a team of passionate allied health professionals in a stunning part of Australia. Accommodation provided in East Launceston, a beautiful one bedroom furnished, serviced apartment in a heritage building, walking distance from the CBD.
Duties you will be responsible for:
- Provide high quality assessments and therapy to adult caseload.
- Focus on NDIS adult disability and neuro clients.
- Manage own caseload and work within guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and work autonomously.
Skills and Experience:
- AHPRA Registered.
- Tertiary Qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience ideal, not essential.
- Capitalise on your experience.
- Magnificent natural attractions, rich cultural heritage, thriving food and wine scene.
- Supportive, collaborative team environment.
- Self-contained, serviced accommodation and travel provided (locum).
- Relocation allowance for permanent role.
